This stand works great and is plenty stable and sturdy even on the carpet. We had a little problem with recieving the some of the screws but customer service for this company took care of it immediately. Would reccommend it!!!!!

This stand is not too bad, certainly light and easily portable, and should fit any reasonable keyboard. The 4 rubber sleeves at top can slide if you need it. BUT beware if any of the following are an issue for you: 1] I was NOT shipped the product CSOGSST, but rather Model MPST, which I think is superior to the one shown. The X is held in place by a horizontal bar placed to span the 2 legs above the crossing point, 3/4 the way to the top. This horizontal bar has adjustable width, with 9 holes to chose from. 2] The minimum height is 27.5 inches floor to top of stand, for my MPST anyway. THIS MAY BE TOO HIGH FOR YOU, CHECK IT OUT. It is a little too high for me when seated. 3] The stand is not going to fall over. However, if the stand is on carpet, and if you hit the keys say in a two-handed chord even slightly hard, it will rock forward and back a small amount. This is a slight motion but might be a little annoying. I also have a larger keyboard stand (too heavy for good portability, a "Deltex") that has a wide 3-point base and this phenomenon is not as present as it is with this stand. I suspect rocking on carpet will be always a minor issue with any stand, but it may be slightly worse with this one.

I am using this stand to place a 76 key full size Casio workstation. It stands on a carpet and is very stable. I don't know how stable it will be for a 6x keyboard. But, it is a great bargain for me.
Electronic Keyboard Stand for Casio CTK-700   2008-11-26

This stand is very nice. I also like how securely it stays extended. My modest rating is a result of the awkward 'fit' of my Casio CTK-700 keyboard upon it. I have been unable to find a position where the keyboard fits flatly upon it and as a result the keyboard is a bit wobbly when I play.

The stand is fine. Solid, and easy to put together. The stand was listed as an option with the Casio PX110 keyboard, but the box for the stand says it is "approved for use only with CTX, WK and LK series Casio keyboards." Not sure what it means if you use a different series keyboard with the stand. Otherwise, I have no concerns about the purchase of the stand.
