Customer rating is 1 of 5  Junk rollup piano   2010-07-30
By Gerald S. Chase (Addison, New York, US)
We bought this piece of junk had it 30 days when several keys started playing at the same time. Attempted to contact seller with no response via email or telephone. I leve vm at 718-666-6415 with no response. Then I saw warranty is only 7 days which is crazy, it took 7 days to get the product. So dont buy this one.
Customer rating is 1 of 5  Yes, it is a piece of junk!   2010-06-11
By Susan B. Little (Iowa City, IA USA)
I was excited about this as thought could practice at work during lunch or while traveling. I tried and tried to play this thing. It sounds like one of those greeting cards due to a tinny little speaker but with headphones it was a little better. Absolutely no cues to what notes your fingers are on as most of the notes sound the same. Save your money.
Customer rating is 1 of 5  MIDI function a disaster   2010-03-01
By Satisfied Pond Owner (Chicago, IL)
If you intend to use this as a MIDI input source, run, don't walk, in the other direction. About a third of the time, in addition to the note or chord you play, the keyboard generates either a D or an E more than an octave lower than the lowest note on the piano. In a music notation program, such as Finale, the result is a comical (unless you want the result) chord with the longest stem you've ever seen. A sequencing program such as Protools will represent it as a D-1 or E-1, but it's actually at least an octave lower than that. I gave the seller the option of replacing mine with a working unit, in the event that he could find one. He instantly refunded my purchase price -- a tacit admission that the problem is a design flaw and not a manufacturing fluke affecting just one keyboard.
Customer rating is 5 of 5  bought as a giftl.   2010-02-14

We bought this item as a gift for our daughter who auditions for opera roles all over the U.S. and needs a handy piano to warm up. She was very pleased with it and takes it on all her auditions.
Customer rating is 4 of 5  Great travel piano!   2010-02-05
By My Kids' Mom (Columbia, SC)
We got this for my 7 year old daughter so that she could still play/practice piano when we are away from home. She loves it! It works really well and it's nice that it has several octaves rather than the one or two with most electronic (toy) keyboards. It needs a flat surface underneath (does not work well on carpet) so a table is best. Of course it is different from a piano with raised keys, so you have to sort of "bounce" your fingers on the keys rather than press down a "real" key, but that's not a big deal. It comes with an adapter, which is great because you don't have to worry about changing batteries or not having them with you when traveling.

The only complaint I would make is that there is not a good way or enough room to store the adapter cord in the travel bag. We still shove it in there, but I don't want the plug prongs to scratch or tear the keyboard, so we always put the cord in a small pouch first. If not for that, I would have given this product 5 stars. It would also be a good idea for them (or someone) to create a portable or folding table or stand for it, if they haven't already.
